I'm a Registered Dietitian, a Personal Trainer and a Whole Health Coach (a health professional trained to teach you how your lifestyle creates health/wellness or illness/disease). Having extensive training/certification within all of these professions means I can work with you as far as your nutrition/weight loss (as a Registered Dietitian), fitness (as a Personal Trainer) and wellness issues (as a Whole Health Coach). - Supermarket shopping tour-(L.I., NY only). I give you a tour of YOUR favorite supermarket, teaching you how to read labels, shop quickly, easily and healthfully. I'll show you where to start loading up your cart then we'll navigate through each aisle, making healthy delicious choices along the way. We'll fill you're cart based on your food preferences, budget, needs and time. You'll be amazed at how easy...and fun it can be!

Now, you really wouldn't be getting the greatest benefit by working with me as a either a Registered Dietitian OR a Personal Trainer OR a Whole Health Coach. I mean, what if we develop the perfect fitness plan together but you're still struggling with your eating, your stress control, your relationships, emotional health or spirituality? Wouldn't you be best served if we addressed (in time) all of these things?
